We can draw from a reservoir of tools such as affect-regulation, processing and grounding techniques, as well as parts-work for self-leadership skills.
About EFT for Couples
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a well-known humanistic approach, developed in tandem with the science of adult attachment. The EFT approach combines well with IFS parts-work and trauma-informed modalities. In sessions, we will have the opportunity to manage conflict and treat very challenging events in ways that are Accessible, Responsive and Engaged.
